FAQ's: GENERAL
What ages are best for these kits?
We recommend these kits for ages 8 and up. Most kids can complete the build independently at this age. Younger kids may be able to enjoy the robots with adult supervision.
Which robot should I choose?
The hammer robots are easiest to
drive and the most fun to battle since you can use the weapon all the time! The
lifters and lifters require more driving skill and strategy, but they are the
most effective in battle.
Our Combo Clash kit includes the
option for a hammer OR a lifter, so you can try out both weapons! These kits
also include 14 snap-on attachments so you can customize and configure your
robot in different ways!
When will I get my order?
Each RoboClash kit is made to order and usually ships within 1-2 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, send us an email at info@roboclashkits.com and we will do what we can to make it happen!
Where are your products manufactured?
We are a small business and our products are designed, 3D printed, assembled, and kitted in the United States. The internal components of our robots are made in the US, Canada, and China.
What comes inside each kit?
Each kit includes everything you
need to get started - hardware, tools, safety glasses, radio equipment,
batteries, and more. All of our RoboClash kits include exclusive online access to RoboClash Academy- including video lessons, teaching materials, 3D files, and more!
Can I 3D print my own robot parts?
YES! Every kit includes exclusive
online access to RoboClash Academy, where you’ll be able to download all of the
3D files for every robot.
I have no idea how to build a robot. Will by child be able to build it on their own?
Each kit includes 2+ hours of video
lessons that walk kids through every step of the build, as well as the
engineering concepts that make their robot work!
My child is younger than 8, but they love BattleBots. Can they build this robot with some help?
We recommend these kits for kids
ages 8 and up because at this age, most kids can follow the included
instructions and videos to build the robot independently. We’ve built these
robots with younger kids – they’ll just need help from an adult throughout
their build. It all depends on the child’s interest and experience.
